WATERJET /PROFILE CUTTING
We host a 3.6 metre x 2-metre Flow Waterjet cutting machine.
Waterjet / profile cutting can be used to cut a wide range of materials from the hardest titanium to the softest of foams up to 6 inches thick, to give a very accurate, smooth, high quality finish. Any profile or design generated in Cad software can be transferred to our 3 axis Flow Waterjet machine and cut into the requested material.
GUILLOTINE AND PRESS FOLDING
In house we have a CNC press brake and 3metre guillotine, to allow us to fold any metal to form specific parts.
Our work has included brass/zinc/pewter/ stainless steel bar tops, table tops, drip trays, stainless steel worktops and skirting.
