Our facility features a 3.6 metre x 2 metre Flow Waterjet cutting machine. This advanced technology allows us to cut a diverse range of materials, from tough titanium to delicate foams up to 6 inches thick, with exceptional precision and a smooth, high-quality finish.
Any profile or design created in CAD software can be transferred to our 3-axis Flow Waterjet machine for precise cutting in the desired material.
We offer guillotine and press folding services with our in-house CNC press brake and 3-metre guillotine, enabling us to precisely fold metals into specific parts.
Our capabilities extend to crafting various items such as brass, zinc, pewter and stainless steel bar tops, table tops, drip trays, worktops and skirting, showcasing our expertise in metal fabrication.
